Time for me to give you a little background as to why some of my clips will have additional commentary going forward. For many years on sports talk radio stations in the Nashville area there was an individual by the name of George Plaster but has been several since he was on the air. Had followed him for years on Facebook, but, never had any other communication. Around early June he made the announcement he was coming back, but now it was going to be broadcast on YouTube and Facebook Watch. Sent him a note congratulating him on coming back on the air, and, didn’t think anything else about it. Soon after he sent me friend request on Facebook. Soon after I accepted I suddenly had many new friends there, most of which were local to the Nashville area. Decided to take all this footage I had been posting on Locals and do a massive “data upload” onto Facebook and Instagram. One of the results is I started communicating with an individual by the name of Ken Hammond (Second from right in the first photo) who is a huge music fan, especially of live performances. He ended up inviting me to come along with the rest of the group to see Ric Flair’s final match. After the match was over, was sitting with David (standing beside me in the first photo) and him in the lobby of the hotel they were staying in with their wives because they each live out of town and he requested that due to my “Social Media Presence” if I could start incorporating Vanderbilt University football into my posts and mentioning how they were “The best bang for the buck in town”. Thinking this could be my opportunity to start the ball rolling to get enough interest into being able to secure a venue and recording these artists I have profiled so far and others who have started to work their way into posts you will see later so they could showcase their original material I said, “Sure, will get to working on it”. After the meeting I walked the few blocks to Loser’s and still caught about the last hour of Leah and Lynagh’s set. After the show I mentioned to them my “Big news” and I remember Lynagh looking at me and going. “That is crazy!” and all I could think to respond with is, “I know, right?” So after much thought I came up what you will start seeing.
As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
