Dustin Kines’ new single “In My Dreams” was released September 2nd. Based on the principle of “It is not what you know, it is who you know” and since he knows me, I am writing this review 😁. Based on his prior material to me I would classify this as a middle of the road Country performance. The song is a love story with a twist hence the title. Since there have been so many artists on the Rock side of the musical fence who have either recorded a “Country Record” or crossed over regarding their entire musical style, for those of who are wanting a Country artist to go the other way and release their breakthrough Swedish Death Metal record, you will have to keep waiting, or, I just have not discovered that artist yet. As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
