There is a lot to go over before we get to the presentation, so let’s get started:
1. Before any of you start complaining about, “It’s Saturday and I didn’t get any Jillian, Leah, Lynagh, or Sunshine clips last night”, Leah had a concert in Ohio last night I promoted earlier, Jillian and Sunshine are in Arizona getting ready to start a series of shows next week that will have them there through the months of November and December. More on that will start being posted next week as well. There is also a schedule change. Through at least the month of November instead of Lynagh going on Friday nights from 6:00PM-10:00PM, the set will be from 10:00PM-2:00AM Saturday hence the delay.
2. Occasionally performers will ask the audience a genre they want to listen to. The options given were “Country”, “Rock” or “Weird Shit” and based on the volume of the responses that dictates where they go. Will let you know I voted for rock, but, will let her comment at the end of the clip tell you what category she classifies this as.
3. When I got my first record player my uncle went through his collection and gave me three 45s which were “Come Together” by The Beatles, “Little Willy” by The Sweet and “Free Ride” by The Edgar Winter Group. When I hear the term “Throwback” something like that is what I think of. Due to being a different demographic when she mentioned throwback and watching it on TV as a kid, didn’t register until she got to the chorus what it was. Figure some of you can relate due to being in the same demographic as her, or, you know someone who is.
With all of this out of the way I present Lynagh performing her rendition of the theme song to Hannah Montana, “Best Of Both Worlds”.
As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
