You know me and my plans concerning the fact I have an itinerary in mind and it goes completely sideways. Usually when I show up for a set I give the artist $20.00 as my “nuisance fee”, don’t request a particular song and that gives me free reign to record what I want. After mentioning to the bass player last week after that set I picked up a little bit of a Lyle Lovett vibe in his voice and asked if he could perform one of Lyle’s songs during this set as his debut to give you some variety. He replied he had never heard of him. Figured with giving him a week would hopefully eliminate a “Nashville Rehearsal” issue. As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
