Since I am waiting for Jillian to be okay with me posting the dancing on the bar to “Redneck Woman” anyplace besides here, decided to go ahead and start working on the next clip. For the record the original video is almost 7 minutes due to Sunshine doing another medley so I had to do a hard break. I had previously referenced how thanks to Ken I received invitations to a couple of private Vanderbilt groups on Facebook. The idea I came up with was since I have clips I can post when they win, what about posting stuff when they lose? Thanks to Luke Combs I had the perfect song in mind. Sunshine happened to start playing the opening riff so I got out my camera. It started out well but I ran into the same problem I regularly run into during the first two hours of a Jillian set. Since it went sideways decided to go ahead and keep the camera rolling so I could actually show all of you how I don’t always have that perfect shot of the stage. On top of that Jillian makes a cameo at about the 1:50 mark to put the final nail in the “What can I do with this footage” coffin. With all that out of the way, this is a lot of audience participation to Sunshine James performing Luke Combs’ “Ice Cold Beer Never Broke My Heart”.
As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
