As I have mentioned thanks to Ken during football season last fall I started doing promotional clips for Vanderbilt Athletics. Received an invitation to start posting in a couple of private Facebook groups, including one dedicated to Vandy’s baseball team. When they win (which is quite often) I have two clips of Lynagh (solo acoustic and with a full band) along with a clip of Leah’s band performing Queen’s “Another One Bites The Dust”. Bringing that up today because they played the University of Louisville yesterday and won. Normally would just do my thing and move on, but, when I saw a picture of what someone posted that is the trophy the teams play for, figured I had to share.
It makes sense given their proximity to Bourbon County in Kentucky and Vandy’s proximity to Jack Daniel’s, but, I found it ironic that two teams who I have to assume at least part of the athletes are under age, are playing for an item that represents the storage of adult beverages. With that in mind decided to have a little fun with it based on what I have heard numerous times from numerous artists describing my fair city so what I posted, along with a picture of the trophy, are attached.
As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
Sunshine posted a “Behind the scenes” video of Lyssa Coulter and him recording “Animals”. Figured I would go ahead and share it because you couldn’t hear any of his vocals with the footage Lyssa posted previously.
