So, this is how my weekend went. Because of the very late start regarding the debut of Lynagh and her new band, didn’t get home till about 3:00AM (queue the Matchbox Twenty) and had to get up at 6:00 to go back to the office and work about 12 hours. That wiped me out from Friday night to all of Saturday. Figured with everyone who was performing Sunday would be covered with plenty of material.
There was, but, since Dakota was playing on the main stage at The Moxy as opposed to the rooftop I had to contend with the street traffic and the audio spillover from Kid Rock’s next door.
Went over to The Valentine and they were packed for Josh’s set. Ended up at the bar and got into a position where there was one chair between me and the stage with the assumption the woman sitting in it and her friend who was sitting in the chair around the corner would eventually leave. When did they leave, you ask? After his set was over.
A bunch of people left at the same time so I was able to relocate...
As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
Sunshine posted a “Behind the scenes” video of Lyssa Coulter and him recording “Animals”. Figured I would go ahead and share it because you couldn’t hear any of his vocals with the footage Lyssa posted previously.
