To say I am very familiar with the source material, since I have the album, is an understatement. Actually requested a performance of this song with her band the first night I saw the latest iteration. Said she couldn’t do it because she has to prepare her voice and I needed to give her more notice, so she performed something else from the same album. Based on her history with the particular genre, wasn’t sure how it would turn out is why I didn’t film it. She did a good job, so will request that one again at some point.
