Like I stated in my last post, received a somewhat late notice about someone being part of the writers round. For the record it is common for artists to post 15 minutes before show time they have a set. Case in point this happened today. See an Instagram message from Donny Van Slee about 9:00 this morning. It was a story he posted about playing The Second Fiddle today from 11:00-2:15 and he wanted me to post it as well. Included the message “If you’re around”. Replied I was around but at the office so at least I could repost because everyone else in the department works remotely today.
Bring it up because I asked prior to the set when she got the notification she got the spot on this round she replied, “Last time I was here”. I replied back with “You could have given some advance notice” but I knew it fell on deaf ears.
