This happened between Leah’s “Love Shine In” and not to spoil the surprise, but, Lynagh’s “Slow”. I usually stop recording as soon as the applause dies down for these rounds because that is when the next artist will start their introduction.
Leave it to Sunshine to again break the fourth wall unexpectedly and start to make a comment so you hear my name. Will fill you in from that point.
He said, “Phil wasn’t singing along”. I replied, “Number one I wouldn’t want to overpower the microphone, and number two, no one should hear me singing and at least three of you know why”. Sunshine then asked about my performance being posted and Lynagh said to him that I posted it, but, she filmed it. She then said, “That night was so fun”. Was able to start recording again and it goes from there. Also gives all of you the opportunity to hear my voice for the first time.
As is his fashion, Sunshine announced somewhat last minute the official music video of Alyssa Coulter and his cover of Nickelback’s “Animals” is today at 12:00PM Central time in the U.S. adjust accordingly for your area.
